LOREDIRECTOR / TERMS

These Terms govern your use of LoreDirector, a service operated by Malika Holdings LLC. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Malika Holdings LLC. These terms cover the early-stage service, including its current frontend prototype.

Your content and responsibilities

You may only upload or process material you have the necessary rights or permissions to use. You are responsible for submitted content and your use of generated output. Do not use LoreDirector for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity.

Rights in content and output

You retain whatever rights you have in your submitted content. Malika Holdings LLC does not claim ownership of your uploads. Rights in AI-generated output may depend on applicable law and third-party provider terms; we do not guarantee ownership or exclusive rights in that output.

Third-party technology and output review

Malika Holdings LLC may use third-party technology and service providers to operate LoreDirector. Generated narration, analysis, edits, or other output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review generated output before publishing or relying on it, including for accuracy and necessary rights or permissions.

Current prototype

Local image selection, previews, page ordering, and narration settings are available. Story analysis, narration and voice generation, and video rendering are planned and not connected. Interface examples are illustrative, and the prototype does not produce a finished video or save a project. Keep your own copies of source material.

Availability and enforcement

Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable as this early-stage service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Malika Holdings LLC may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms when those features are available.
